SHARED TABLE @ MAHI – CRAYS & SAUVIGNON SUNDAY 4TH NOVEMBER 2012   Well, we’re gearing up for our third SHARED TABLE @ MAHI and this one has a sense of occasion about it – we’re celebrating the release of our 2012 vintage Sauvignon Blanc. In our books Sauvignon and seafood go hand in hand, so Marcia has worked wonders with the brief and come up with come up with a delicious long lunch menu. MAHI WINEMAKER’S DINNER @ VERBENA (AKL)

Mahi Winemaker’s Dinner @ Verbena Bar & Bistro Wednesday 17th October, 2012   Looking forward to getting back to Auckland and while I am there I will be hosting a winemaker’s dinner at Verbena  Restaurant.   Head chef Sean Thompson will be preparing a 6 course degustation menu matched to our wines.
