Brian presenting @ Christchurch Food & Wine Festival – 8th Dec

If you happen to be in Christchurch on Saturday 8th December why not get along to the New World Wine & Food Festival in Hagley Park. Fifty of the South Island’s leading wineries from Central Otago, Canterbury, Waipara, Nelson, and Marlborough will be showcasing their wines, and over 30 food exhibitors, chefs and restaurateurs will be plating up their best culinary dishes on the day. Mahi will not be exhibiting on the day but Brian will be there hosting a Sauvignon Blanc blending workshop from 3:30pm – 4:15pm. In this hands-on session, Brian will be offering his knowledgeable insights into the different styles of Sauvignon from different vineyards across the Marlborough region and explaining the winemaker’s art of blending. He’ll then guide participants in creating their own individual blend. Bound to be lots of fun, and you never know, you may just unveil some supreme blending skills.
