The Eatery Dinner

Poivre et Sel Dinner

The Hamilton Beer & Wine Co. Blending Session

The chance to be a winemaker for a few hours at The Hamilton Beer & Wine Co. Mahi Sauvignon Blending Session. Gain an insight into the special winemaking process at Mahi, with Brian Bicknell, and all the nuances that come along with it. The blending session runs from 7pm to 10pm.
