The Poronui Table with Chef Martin Bosley AND MAHI WINES

In conjunction with Chef Martin Bosley, Brian Bicknell from Mahi Wines hosted a very special Chef’s table during a spectacular weekend retreat at the incredible Poronui Lodge. Located in the Taharua Valley on New Zealand’s North Island, the estate boasts some of the world’s best wilderness experiences. Guests could take part in all sorts of activities from hunting to fly fishing, and from pottery to wine tasting!

On the first night, guests enjoyed an evening of food and flavours from the land in the atmospheric wine cellar, including back vintages from our library. On Saturday afternoon, Brian hosted a masterclass of alternative varieties from New Zealand and around the world.

A brilliant event which was enjoyed immensely by all, thank you to everyone involved in making it a success!
